Training gives people skills they can use on their own: noticing their state, regulating it, recovering better, and moving in a way that supports a long workday. That is real, and it is teachable.
Workload, staffing, schedules, leadership, and workplace conditions also shape how people feel at work. A wellness session does not change those things. The best results come when training runs alongside honest attention to the conditions themselves.
A note on claims
Soleful Training does not promise specific gains in productivity, retention, healthcare spend, or injury rates. The programming teaches practical skills. It is education, not clinical treatment, and it is not a substitute for medical or mental health care.
