How Programs Work

Each program is shaped around your group's age, goals and setting. A single workshop can focus on one skill area. A longer program can combine several.

Students learn by doing. Sessions use movement, guided practice, group challenges, discussion and realistic scenarios, so skills are practiced, not just explained.

Real-world experience. Practical instruction.

Led by Adam Boyd, founder of Soleful Training, former police officer, detective and SWAT operator. Adam combines experience in fitness, personal safety, crisis response and resilience training to teach practical skills through hands-on learning.
